For roofers · free to look, pay only to publish

A roofing website that survives the storm week.

The week the wind comes through, everybody in your town types the same thing into the same phone at the same time. Type your company name and your town and we build the page that catches it — what you do, where you cover, and a number they can hit with one thumb. Reading it costs nothing.

Start here — two fields

No card. No account. No call. You pay only if you decide to publish it — from $59 a month, cancel any time, or £49 in the UK. Rather be done with it? $599 once covers the first 12 months, with no monthly fee.

§ 01 — what the page has to do

A roofing job is a big decision made by an anxious person in a hurry.

It is thousands of pounds or dollars, it cannot be postponed, and the person deciding has no way to judge the work. So they judge everything else: whether you look real, whether you cover their street, whether anyone answers. A page that settles those three things quickly is worth more than a gallery of photographs they cannot interpret.

  1. THEY ASK

Do you work on my street?

Your areas named one by one — towns, villages, suburbs. The homeowner is scanning for their own place name and nothing else. A vague radius reads as a call centre.

  2. THEY ASK

    What exactly do you do?

Repairs, full replacements, flat roofs, gutters, fascias, chimney work, storm damage — listed, described in a line each, and priced or marked quoted per job, exactly as you choose.

  3. THEY ASK

    Will anyone answer?

The number as a dialling link across the top of the page, again under your name, and four more times on the way down — plus a form for the survey requests that are not an emergency. In a storm week, whoever answers first wins the job.

What is on the page when it opens

  • Your services, one line and a price eachRepairs, replacements, flat roofs, gutters — as many as you send, priced or “quoted per job”, your decision.
  • Areas covered, namedThe list they scan for their own town, and place names in text on your page.
  • Hours, stated honestlyDay by day, including whatever you actually do about out-of-hours.
  • Your number in six places, every one of them diallingTop strip, the big button under your name, the emergency block, beside the areas list, the contact block, the footer.
  • A survey and quote request formThe address, the problem, the way back to them — landing in your email.
  • Local business schema, filled inAddress, hours and every service you list, in the format search engines parse.

Everything above comes from what you type and what you send us. Nothing is written on your behalf — no reviews, no claims about your business, no numbers you did not give us. Build mine — free

§ 02 — the proof

Judge the layout on a finished one.

Ridgeway Plumbing & Heating is a complete, finished trade site — another trade to yours, the same layout a roofing company gets. Six services with prices, nine named areas, hours with emergency cover, the number dialling from six places, a working quote form. It is live. Read all of it and decide whether your services would sit right in that shape.

A trade site on a phone: a Call strip across the top, the company name, trade and town, a one-line description, a large Call us now button and a quote button.

Swap the boiler services for flat roofs and storm damage, swap Asheville for your own town, and you are looking at yours. Showing you a finished site in a neighbouring trade is more honest than describing one in yours.

§ 03 — the bill

Starts at

59 US dollars per month

Cancel any time, by email.

$59/moUnited States, Canada and everywhere else
£49/moUnited Kingdom — billed in pounds, not converted

Or pay once — $599, and no monthly fee. $599 is about ten months of $59, and it covers twelve. Twelve months of the monthly plan comes to $708, so paying once keeps $109 in your pocket and leaves nothing to cancel. In pounds: £499 once, against £588 over a year. You choose at the moment you publish, not before.

14 days to change your mind Full refund, no reason required — on one email to contact@openhousesites.com. Back to the card that paid it.

  • Your contentServices, prices, hours, area served, what you actually do — written on the page, not left as placeholder.
  • Mobile-first pagesComposed narrow first, because that is the screen your customers are holding.
  • A contact form that worksMessages land in your inbox. Not in a dashboard you will never log into.
  • SEO setup and local business schemaSo search engines know what you do, where you are, and when you are open.
  • Your own domain, hosting and SSLConnected and included on both plans — twelve months of it if you pay once, and for as long as it runs if you pay monthly.

No retainer. No lock-in. After the first year, keep it with us or take it anywhere you like — it is yours. And none of it costs anything until you say publish.

§ 04 — straight answers, for roofers

The questions roofers actually ask.

I get all my work from lead generation sites. Is this different?

Completely. A lead site sells the same enquiry to three of you and charges each one for the privilege. Your own page is the one place a homeowner can arrive without you paying for the arrival. It does not replace the leads overnight — it gives the recommendations, the van livery and the yard sign somewhere to land.

Should I put photographs of my work on it?

If you have them, send them and we put them on. They are the one thing a homeowner half-understands about roofing, so a handful of real jobs is worth more than a stock library. If you do not have any, the site works without them rather than filling the space with somebody else’s roofs.

Can I add guarantees and insurance details?

Anything you tell us is true goes on. Anything you have not told us does not — we do not write guarantees, warranties or insurance claims on your behalf, because it is your name on the page and your customer who would hold you to it.

What is the cost?

From $59 a month, or £49 in the United Kingdom, cancelled with one email whenever you want. Or pay once: $599 — £499 — which covers the first twelve months with no monthly fee. That is about ten months of $59, and it covers twelve. Either way: own domain connected, hosting and SSL, working quote form, one round of revisions. Free to look at, and fourteen days after payment to change your mind and get all of it back.

§ 05 — not your trade?

Different trade? There is a page for that one too.

Whatever you do, the front door is the same one: the Openhouse home page, or type your trade straight into the form and we build from that.
