Openhouse I have a code

Open house — no appointment needed

Your website is already built.

Not a mockup. Not a mood board. A finished site for your business — your trade, your hours, your town — sitting on a private link with your name on it. We built it before you asked. You look at it once, and you decide.

$599 once to activate. Nothing at all to say no.

A hairdresser laughing in her bright salon, scissors in hand, before the first client of the day.

§ 01 — how it already happened

Everybody else sells you a project. We sell you a decision.

A project starts with a brief, a quote, a deposit, and a question you have no time to answer: so, what did you have in mind? Then six weeks. Then a revision cycle. Then an invoice with a monthly line on it, forever. We skipped every part of that and just built the thing.

  1. STEP 01

    We build it.

We work from your public listing — trade, address, hours, services — and build the whole site. Real pages, real words, photography chosen for your trade, laid out narrow-screen first. Finished. Not sketched, not wireframed, not "directionally".

  2. STEP 02

An email lands with a code.

One link, one code, no pitch deck. The code opens your site, live, on a private address that only you have. Look at it on your phone between two appointments. Show it to whoever you argue with about money.

  3. STEP 03

    You say yes — $599.

One payment activates it. We connect your domain, run your round of changes, and publish. Say no and the link quietly expires. That is the entire negotiation, start to finish.

There is nothing to brief. Nothing to imagine. It is on a screen, finished, waiting for one word.

§ 02 — evidence

Three of them are open right now.

Not screenshots. Not a carousel of thumbnails. Three complete sites, built the way yours was built, running on the same system that will serve yours. Open one on your phone. Push the buttons. Send the contact form to yourself and watch it arrive.

  1. A barber mid-cut in a bright, white-tiled salon, his client easy in the chair.

    Lot 01 · DEMO-SALONDemonstration build

    A hair salon.

The whole business is a chair, a window and forty-five minutes. The site has one job: get somebody to hold a slot before they change their mind.

    • Mobile-first pages
    • Working contact form
    • Local business schema
    • Own domain, connected
    Open the live site
  2. A tradeswoman smiling beside her open van on a suburban street, tablet in hand.

    Lot 02 · DEMO-TRADEDemonstration build

    A contractor.

Nobody browses a contractor at leisure. They are standing in two inches of water. The site answers do you come here and can I reach you now above the fold, on a cracked phone screen, one-handed.

    • Mobile-first pages
    • Working contact form
    • Service area & hours
    • Own domain, connected
    Open the live site
  3. A restaurant owner standing at his counter in a light-filled dining room.

    Lot 03 · DEMO-TABLEDemonstration build

    A restaurant.

Hours, the room, the menu, and a phone number that works with one thumb. Everything else on a restaurant website is decoration, and decoration is what makes people close the tab.

    • Mobile-first pages
    • Menu & hours
    • Local business schema
    • Own domain, connected

Yours is built the same way, with your trade in mind instead of somebody else's. Have a code? Open your site

§ 03 — the bill

599 US dollars

One time. Not per month.

Activate my site

Your code opens your site, and the activate button is on it. Paid, it goes live the same minute.

  • The finished designBuilt for your trade, not dropped into a template with your name swapped in.
  • Your contentServices, hours, area served, what you actually do — written, not left as placeholder.
  • Mobile-first pagesComposed narrow first, because that is the screen your customers are holding.
  • A contact form that worksMessages land in your inbox. Not in a dashboard you will never log into.
  • SEO setup and local business schemaSo search engines know what you do, where you are, and when you are open.
  • Your own domain, connectedThe one you own, or one we point for you. Live under your name.
  • 12 months of hostingIncluded. No monthly fee for the first year — nothing to cancel, nothing to forget.
  • One round of revisions at activationSend your changes in one go and we make them. If we read your trade wrong, we would rather know.

No retainer. No lock-in. No seat licences, no growth plan, no quarterly call with an account manager. After the first year, keep it with us or take it anywhere you like — it is yours.

§ 04 — what it costs to say no

Nothing.

If you do not activate, nothing happens. The site is never published, the link expires, and you never hear from us again. You keep the ten minutes you spent looking. We keep a finished website nobody will ever see — which is our problem, not yours. We chose to build first.

No depositNo contractNothing to cancel

§ 05 — straight answers

The four questions everybody asks.

How did you get my details?

From public business listings — the same ones your customers use to find you. Name, trade, address, hours, phone. That is all we work from, and all of it is already on the open web. If you would rather we had not, one reply deletes the lot, site included.

Can I change things?

Yes. One full round of revisions is included at activation: words, photos, colours, sections, the order of the whole thing. Send them in one go and we make them. Nobody knows your trade the way you do, and the site should sound like you.

What if I already have a website?

Then you are in the strongest position of anyone reading this. Put them side by side, on a phone, and keep whichever one wins. If yours wins, keep it and pay us nothing. That is a real outcome and we are entirely fine with it.

Who owns it?

You do, from the moment you activate. The domain, the pages, the words, the files. Not a licence, not a rental, not a subscription that holds your own address hostage. If you ever leave, you leave with the site.

§ 06 — two doors

A shop owner at his counter, laughing at his new site as it opens on his phone.

Got a code?

It is in the email we sent you. Type it in and your site opens — the real one, finished, on your phone or on the desk.

Open my site

Then activate whenever you are ready, for $599.

No code — want one?

Email us your business name and your trade. Nothing else. We build your site and send you the link, the same way we would have found you ourselves.
