Your website, built while you wait.
Three answers and one sentence below, and you are looking at a finished site — your name, your town, your own words on it, at a link you can send to anyone. It takes about a minute.
from $59/month to put it online under your own domain, and cancel any time. Nothing to pay until you decide to publish it.
Or pay once — $599, no monthly fee for 12 months. That is just over 10 months of the monthly plan, and paying once works out cheaper: twelve months at $59/month comes to $708, against $599 paid once. Same site either way — you choose below, and you pay neither until you publish.
No card and no account to build it, and nothing is charged now — the choice above only decides which price the next screen shows you. Your card is asked for at the moment you choose to publish, and 14 days to change your mind — full refund, no reason required after that.
Would you rather a person built it for you from what you already have online? Ask us instead.
We build it first. You decide after.
Most of the web asks you to pay for a promise. Here the work is done before the question of money comes up: press the button, read your own site, and then decide whether $59/month is worth it.
- What happens the moment I pay?
- The site goes live and we email you a link to your dashboard — that is where messages from your contact form land. Reply to that email with the domain name you want and we point it at your site within one business day. Don’t own a domain? We register one, in your name.
- And if I do nothing at all?
- Nothing happens. No invoice, no card on file — we never see your card details, and we cannot charge one you have not entered. The site simply stays unpublished.
- Who am I actually buying from?
- Openhouse — we build finished websites for local businesses. Write to contact@openhousesites.com and a person answers. The payment is taken by Sparkles Corp, the company that holds our payment account, so that is the name you will see on your statement. We say it here rather than letting it surprise you at the till.
- Can I change my mind after paying?
- 14 days to change your mind — full refund, no reason required. No form, no phone call, no questions about what went wrong — one email is enough. The whole agreement is one page: terms, refunds & privacy.
